SUP Fitness with Karen Concannon

Stand-up Paddleboarding is an amazing way to get fit, have fun and make the most of living in a seaside town!

Throw personal trainer Karen Concannon into the mix and you get our latest offering - SUP Fitness. Bringing together core training, balance exercises, stretching and flexibility training and a little cardio work, SUP Fitness is a fun, easy and accessible total body workout.

On Friday May 30th at 6.30pm, we're running a taster session for just €30. Then we're running a 6 week SUP Fitness over the next 6 Fridays. The course is designed for total beginners, so there's no experience required.
