Training with Karen

From Friday May 30th at 6.30pm, we're running a SUP Fitness course with personal trainer and ASI qualified SUP instructor Karen Concannon.

On May 30th we have a taster session that costs just €30. The course will run over the following 6 Fridays and is designed for total beginners and it costs just €149.


Core Strength

Paddling, balancing and even standing on a stand-up paddleboard is a fantastic core workout.


SUP builds endurance throughout your entire body and elevates your heart-rate without wearing you out. It's a low impact sport so its great for those with previous injuries.

Balance & Flexibility

SUP Fitness focuses on improving coordination, balance and core strength. The unstable platform accelerates the results of your training.
