All participants must be comfortable in the water.

Starting Age

Minimum age for all of our activities is 8+ years old.

Refund Policy

Bookings are refundable up to 1 week before the commencement date however an admin fee will be charged due to our fees from the payment provider per transaction. If we are given less than 7 days notice prior to the commencement date we may be able to alter your booking date but no refund will be given.

Summer Camp Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made 1 month before the commencement date for a refund but a 15 euro administration fee will be charged. For cancellations made within 1 month of the commencement date either a 50% cancellation fee of the booking amount or the option for you to sell the spot to someone else will be offered. For cancellations within 1 week of the camp no refund will be given.

We reserve the right to cancel a camp day in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will not be held accountable or liable should activities be suspended or cancelled due to adverse weather or other events beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel bookings up to 2 hours before a booking commences in the case of weather conditions.

We do not cancel lessons due to rain and we don’t offer refunds for cancellations on the customers part due to rain. Getting wet is not a valid reason to cancel a water sport.

Epilepsy Policy

Due to our insurance cover we can only take people with epilepsy on the water provided they have a doctors note and are 2 years seizure free.

Advanced Gear Policy

Applies to all windsurf gear apart from beginner rigs.

If insurance is purchased for the rental then there is no charge for damaged gear.

Cost of damage to the equipment will be the responsibility of the person assigned to the equipment in the following circumstances listed below.

  • Dragging equipment on the beach/ rocks. Leave equipment on beach and ask for help.

  • Damaged caused by not parking equipment correctly on the beach as shown by staff members.

  • Breaking fins from sailing in too shallow.

  • Catapults from sailing too shallow.

  • Falling excessively onto sails ( ask instructors how to crash safely ).

  • Standing on equipment on land.

  • Sailing in conditions above Force 5 ( when break it / pay for it policy is in place ).

  • Crashing into other water users.

  • Dropping boards or equipment while carrying ( ask for help if you can’t carry the equipment on your own ).
